VideoCD with your DVD player. More ad-

3Tracknumber indicator
Showsthe track currently playing.
4Playtime indicator
Showsthe elapsed playing time of the cur-
renttrack.
5Audiooutput indicator
Showsthe output channel selected cur-
rently.
1 Touchthe source icon and then touch
DVDto select the DVD player.
#Whenthe source icon is not displayed, you
candisplay it by touching the screen.
#Ifno disc is loaded in the unit, you cannot se-
lectDVD (DVD player). Insert a disc in the unit.

#Witha Video CD featuring the PBC (playback
control)function, a menu is displayed.
2 Switchthe remote control operation
modeto DVD and then press 010 to select
thedesired menu item.
Playbackstarts from the selected menu item.
#Whenthe menu is two or more pages long,
touchoor pto switch between displays.
#Youcan display the menu by pressing
RETURNduring PBC playback. For details, refer
tothe instructions provided with the disc.
#Afteroperating the menu, we recommend
thatyou switch remote control operation mode to
AVH.(Refer to page 15.)
3 Touchthe screen to display the touch
panelkeys.
4 Toskip back or forward to another
track,touch oor p.
Touchingpskips to the start of the next
track.Touching oonce skips to the start of
thecurrent track. Touching it again will skip to
theprevious track.
Tracknumbers are displayed for eight sec-
onds.
#Youcan also skip back or forward toanother
trackby moving the joystick left or right.
#DuringPBC playback, a menu may be dis-
playedif you perform these operations.
5 Touchdto display mand n.
Touchduntil mand nappear in the dis-
play.
6 Toperform fast forward or reverse,
keeptouching mor n.
Ifyou keep touching mor nfor five sec-
onds,the icon mor nchanges into rever-
salindication. When this happens, fast
reverse/fastforward continues even if youre-
leasemor n. To resume playback at a de-
siredpoint, touch f.
