Displaysthe basic information for the each
sourceand the other settings when the LCD
panelis closed.
4Ambientlight sensor
Sensesambient light. This system automati-
callyadjusts the brightness of the display to
compensatefor ambient light.
5FLIPDOWN/CLOCK button
Pressto turn the LCD panel horizontal tem-
porarilyfrom upright position.
Pressto turn the clock display on or off
whenthe LCD panel is closed.
6OPEN/CLOSEbutton
Pressto open or close the LCD panel.
7ENTERTAINMENTbutton
Pressto switch between the background
displays.
8WIDEbutton
Pressto select a desired mode for enlarging
a4:3 picture to a 16:9 one.
9V.ADJbutton
Pressand hold to display the picture adjust-
mentmenu.
aRESETbutton
Pressto return to the factory settings (initial
settings).
