Setting the displayappearance
Touchpanel key color, background picture and
motiontext can be changed.
1 TouchA.MENU and SETUP and then
touchAPPEARANCE.
2 Touch or to select the desired
item.
Eachtime you touch or selects the item
inthe following order:
TOUCHKEY COLOR (touch panel key color)
BACKGROUNDPICTURE (background pic-
ture)MOTIONTEXT (motion text setting)
3 Touch or to select the touch panel
keycolor.
Touch toselect the touch panel key color
blueand BLUE appears in the display. Touch
toselect the touch panel key color silver
andSILVER appears in the display.
#Changingthe touch panel key color switches
theskin of the SPEANA1 (spectrum analyzer 1)
andLEVEL METER2 (level meter 2). (Refer to

page.)
4 Touch andthen touch or to se-
lectthe back ground picture.
Touch toselect background picture 1 and
BGP1appears in the display. Touch to se-
lectbackground picture 2 and BGP2 appears
inthe display.
5 Touch andthen touch or to se-
lectthe motion text setting.
Touch toselect motion text off andOFF ap-
pearsin the display. Touch to select motion
teston and ON appears in the display.
#Whenthe vehicles parking brake is not de-
tected,motion text is not activated.
Using the AUX source
AnIP-BUS-RCA Interconnector such as the
CD-RB20/CD-RB10(sold separately) lets you
connectthis unit to auxiliar y equipment fea-
turingRCA output. For more details, refer to
theIP-BUS-RCA Interconnector owners man-
ual.

Selecting AUX as the source

%Touchthe source icon and then touch
AUXto select AUX as the source.
#Whenthe source icon is not displayed, you
candisplay it by touching the screen.
#Ifthe auxiliary setting is not turned on, AUX
cannotbe selected. For more details, see Switch-
ingthe auxiliary setting on page 83.

Setting the AUX title

Thetitle displayed for the AUX source can be
changed.
1 Afteryou have selected AUX as the
source,touch A.MENU and FUNCTION and
thentouch NAME EDIT.
2 TouchABC to select the desired charac-
tertype.
TouchABC repeatedly to switch between the
followingcharacter types:
Alphabet(upper case), numbers and symbols
Alphabet(lower case)European letters,
suchas those with accents (e.g., á, à, ä, ç)
#Youcan select to input numbers and symbols
bytouching 123.
3 Touch or to select a letter of the
alphabet.
Eachtime you touch itwill display a letter
ofthe alphabet in A B C ... X Y Z, numbers
andsymbols in 1 2 3 ... | } ¯ order. Each time
youtouch itwill display a letter in the re-
verseorder, such as Z Y X ... C B A.
