Showsthe function names.
%TouchA.MENU and then touch
FUNCTIONto display the function names.
Thefunction names are displayed and oper-
ableones are highlighted.
#WhenA.MENU is not displayed, you can dis-
playit by touching the screen.
#Youcan also display MENU by clicking the
joystick.
#Togo to the next group of function names,
touchNEXT.
#Toreturn to the previous group of function
names,touch PREV.
#Toreturn to the previous display, touch BACK.
#Toreturn to the playback display, touch ESC.
Note
Ifyou do not operate the function within about 30
seconds,the display is automatically returned to
theplayback display.
Repeating play
ForMP3/WMA playback, there are three re-
peatplay ranges: FOLDER (folder repeat),
TRACK(one-track repeat) and DISC (repeat all
tracks).

touchREPEAT.
2 Touchany of the following touch panel
keysto select the repeat range.
!FOLDERRepeat the current folder
!TRACKRepeat just the current track
!DISCRepeat all tracks
Notes
!Ifyou select another folder during repeat play,
therepeat play range changes to DISC.
!Ifyou perform track search or fastforward/re-
verseduring TRACK, the repeat play range
changesto FOLDER.
!WhenFOLDER is selected, it is not possible to
playback a subfolder of that folder.
!Whenplaying discs with MP3/WMA files and
audiodata (CD-DA), repeat play performs
withinthe currently playing data type even if
DISCis selected.
Playing tracks in a random
order
Randomplay lets you play back tracks in a
randomorder within the repeat range,
FOLDERand DISC.
1 Selectthe repeat range.

touchRANDOM.
3 Touchato turn random play on.
Trackswill play in a random order within the
previouslyselected FOLDER or DISC ranges.
