Youcan use this unit to control multi-channel
processor(e.g. DEQ-P7650), which is sold sepa-
rately.
!Somefunctions may differ depending on the
multi-channelprocessor connected tothis
unit.
Bycarrying out thefollowing settings/adjust-
mentsin the order shown, you can create a fi-
nely-tunedsound field effortlessly.

Showsthe DSP function names.
%TouchA.MENU and then touch DSP to
displaythe DSP function names.
TheDSP function names are displayed and
operableones are highlighted.
#WhenA.MENU is not displayed, you can dis-
playit by touching the screen.
#Youcan also display MENU by clicking the
joystick.
#Togo to the next group of function names,
touchNEXT.
#Toreturn to the previous group of function
names,touch PREV.
#Whenplaying discs recorded with more than
96kHz sampling frequency, you cannot use audio
functions.Also, equalizer curve setting,
POSITION,AUTOEQ and AUTO TA will be can-
celled.
#Whenplaying discs recorded with more than
96kHz sampling frequency, audio is outputted
fromfront speaker only.
#Whenselecting the FM tuner as the source,
youcannot switch to SLA.
#Whenplaying other than the DVD disc, you
cannotswitch to D.R.C.
#Whenneither FRONT-L nor FRONT-Ris se-
lectedin POSITION, you cannot switch to
TIMEALIGNMENT.
#Toreturn to the previous display, touch BACK.
#Toreturn to the display of each source, touch
ESC.
Note
Ifyou do not operate the DSP function within
about30 seconds, the display is automatically re-
turnedto the source display.
Using the sound field control
TheSFC function creates the sensation of a
liveperformance.
