•Thisguarantee does not affect the consumer’s statutory
rightsunder applicable national or state laws in force, or
theconsumer’s rights against the dealer arising from
theirsales/purchase contract.
•Thislimited Polar international guarantee is issued by
PolarElectro Inc. for consumers who have purchased
thisproduct in the USA or Canada. This limited Polar
internationalguarantee is issued by Polar Electro Oy for
consumerswho have purchased this product in other
countries.
•PolarElectro Oy/Polar Electro Inc. guarantees the
originalconsumer/purchaser of this device that the
productwill be free from defects in material or
workmanshipfor two (2) years from the date of
purchase.
•Thereceipt of the original purchase is your proof of
purchase!
•Theguarantee does not cover the battery, normal wear
andtear, damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents or
non-compliancewith the precautions; improper
maintenance,commercial use, cracked ,broken or
scratchedcases/displays, elastic strap and Polar
apparel.
•Theguarantee does not cover any damage/s, losses,
costsor expenses, direct, indirect or incidental,
consequentialor special, arising out of, or related to the
product.
•Itemspurchased second hand are not covered by the
two(2) year warranty, unless otherwise stipulated by
locallaw.
•Duringthe guarantee period, the product will be either
repairedor replaced at any of the authorized Polar
ServiceCenters regardless of the country of purchase.
Guaranteewith respect to any product will be limited to
countrieswhere the product has been initially marketed.
