Footpod Calibration*

Calibratefoot pod during training (on-the-fly
calibration)
1. Tomake sure that the food pod function is on,
selectMenu > Settings > Training settings >
Speedsensor > Footpod and press OK.
2. Youhave two options for calibrating the foot
pod:
• Stoprunning, stand still, and press and
holdLIGHT to go to Quick menu.
OR
• Stoprunning, stand still, and press BACK
once.
3. SelectCalibrate footpod. Fix the displayed
distancewith the actual distance you just run,
andpress OK.Calibration factor set! is
displayed.The foot pod is now calibrated and
readyfor action.
Setcalibration factor manually
Chooseeither of the following:
• Beforetraining: Select Menu > Settings >
Trainingsettings > Footpod calib. factor. Set
thecalibration factor and press OK. The foot pod
isnow calibrated.
OR
• Afterstarting heart rate measurement but before
trainingrecording: In Time view, press DOWN
andselect Training settings > Footpod calib.
factor.Set the calibration factor and press OK.
Thefoot pod is now calibrated. To start training
recordingpress BACK once, scroll with UP to
selectStart, and press OK.
