SelectMenu > Settings > Watch, time and date.
•Alarm:Set the alarm to go on Once, from
Mondayto Friday,Every day, or turn it Off.
PressBACK to stop the alarm or OK to snooze
for10 minutes. The alarm cannot be used
duringtraining.
•Time:Set two different time of day settings: the
localtime and time difference to it. You can also
adjustwhich time indicates time zone 1 and 2.
InTime view, quickly change from Time1 to
Time2by pressing and holding DOWN.
•Date:Set the date.
•Watchface: Select Time onlyor Time and logo
tobe displayed in the Time view.
TrainingSettings
SelectMenu > Settings > Training settings.
•Trainingsounds: Select Soft,Loud,Very loud,
orOff.
•Speedsensor: If you have a GPS
sensor/footpodin use, activate/deactivate it by
selectingGPS sensor, foot pod or Off.
•Heartrate view: Select Beats per minute or
Percentof maximum.
•Speedview: If you have metric units in use,
selectMinutes per kilometer (min/km) or
Kilometersper hour (km/h). If you have
imperialunits in use, select Miles per hour
(mph)or Minutes per mile (min/mi).
•HeartTouch:Select On or Off. When the
HeartTouchfunction is on, you can check the
timeduring training by bringing the wrist unit
nearthe transmitter.
