Defining a New Audio Only Meeting Room
A Meeting Room is a conference reservation without allocated resources whose default duration is set to 2 hours. A Meeting Room is created once, and can be activated as many times as required.
To define a New Meeting Room:
1.Expand the MCU tree to display its options.
2.
The Conference Properties dialog box opens.
3.Define the parameters in the General and Settings tabs as described in steps
4.Click the Participants tab.
