Removing Jammed Staples

If staples do not eject properly, they might be jammed.

Note

❒Staples might jam because of curled paper. In this case, try turn- ing the paper over in the tray.

❒After removing the jammed sta- ples, staples might not be ejected for the first few times.

AOpen the front cover of the finish- er.

COpen the face plate of the car- tridge.

BRemove the cartridge.

DRemove the jammed staples.

EClose the face plate of the car- tridge.

FReinstall the cartridge. It should click into place.
