Status Message
You can leave a status message for your internal callers should you be absent from your desk for a while. The caller can see the message displayed on their phone LCD when they call your extension.
1.Press the [Select] button for STATUS MSG.
2.Press the desired status message code. (Refer to ‘Annex’ of this manual for the status messages of each code or your System Administrator).
3.To cancel the status message, press the [Select] button for STATUS MSG and dial the cancel code [0][0].
