Registering Telephone Numbers
The user can save 1000 speed dial names and 2,400 telephone numbers. Each Speed dial name can have the following information registered: 5 telephone numbers (home, mobile phone, work/school, Etc, and facsimile),
1. Dial [4] from the [PhoneBook] screen to select the [4.New number].

2.The screen that prompts you to enter information appears as shown below. Press the up/down direction buttons to move to the between locationsthat you want to enter information in.
3.After entering the telephone numbers in the appropriate field use the direction arrows to move to the right hand box and the system will allocated a speed dial location for the new number automatically. Enter the remaining information.
