3.You can enter messages in 16 to 20 directly. Select any message that the user wants to enter and press the [Menu] button. If the popup menu appears, select [Modify] and press the [Enter] button. Then, [Enter an Absence Message] screen will appear as shown below. Enter a message within the range of 8 characters.

♦If the user wants to delete the entered messages, select the messages (16 to 20) and press the [Menu] button. This will bring a popup menu prompting the user to delete or cancel the entered messages. Select the menu to delete the messages.
