Executive/Secretary Message
Messages that are frequently used can be set and used conveniently.
1.Press the [EXE/SECR MSG] button among the Select buttons of the Soft Screen.
2.This brings up a screen asking the user to select where to send the message. This screen is not displayed when there is only one executive or secretary. Select the check box of the desired recipient by pressing the Select button on the left side of the screen. Up to four recipients can be selected. Press the [Enter] button.
