Printer Settings
You can use your machine with all your Windows 3.x or Windows 9x, or Windows NT applications. Be sure to set your printer as the default printer for all your Windows operations.
Most Windows software applications allow you to make changes to the printer settings. This changes the number of copies, sequence of the pages, and paper orientation.
If you click Properties, Setup, or Options in the Print dialog box, youÕll access the printer driverÕs dialog box. It allows you to change additional printer settings. Settings changed in the software application will usually override settings made in the printer driver.
Your printer driverÕs Properties dialog box includes three tabs (four tabs on Windows NT only).
Basic Tab
This tab allows you to specify number of copies, paper orientation, paper source, paper size, and image scaling size.
If you load paper into the manual feeder slot, select ‘Manual Feed.’
This setting allows you to enlarge or reduce the image on the print page.
