AIt is Intel's advanced technology that separates one CPU into two logical CPU and ditributes threads effictively, thus enabling an improved performance similar to Multi-Processor system.

Q2 What Operating Systems support Hyper Threading Technology?

AHyper Threading Technology is supported only in Windows XP. If you install an OS other than Windows XP, enter Boot menu of System Setup and change Hyper Threading Technology value to Disabled.
