LIMITED WARRANTYSHARP ELECTRONICS CORPORATION warrants to the first end user purchaser that this Sharp brand product (the
"Product"), when shipped in its original container, will be free from defe cti ve wor kmansh ip and mate rial s, and agre es that
it will, at its option, either rep air the d efe ct or rep lace t he defective Product or part thereof with a new or remanufactured
equivalent at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor for the period(s) set forth below.
This warranty does not a pply to any appearance items of the Product nor to the additional excluded item(s) set fo rth below
nor to any product the exterior of which has been damaged or deface d, which has bee n subjected to misuse, a bnormal
service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.
In order to enforce the rights under this limited warranty, th e purchaser should follow the steps set forth below and provided
proof of purchase to the servicer.
To the extent permitted by ap plicable sta te la w, the warran ties set forth here in a re in lieu of , and e xclusive of, all othe r
warranties, express or implied. Specifically, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE SET FORTH ABOVE ARE
EXCLUDED. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR USE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. If, under
applicable state law, implied warranties may not validly be disclaimed or excluded, the duration of such implied warranties
is limited to the period (s) from the date of purchase set forth be low.
Neither the sales personnel of the seller no r any other person i s authorized to make any warra nties other than tho se
described above, or to extend the duration of any warranties beyond the time pe riod described above on behalf of Sharp.
The warranties described herein shal l be the sole and exclu sive warran ties gran ted b y Sharp and shall be th e sole and
exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of defects, in th e manner and for the period of time describ ed
herein, shall consti tute complete fulfillment of all lia bilities and responsibilities of Sharp to the purchaser with respect to the
Product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contact , negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
In no event shall Sharp be liable, or in any way responsible, for any dama ges or defects in the Product which were caused
by repairs or attempted rep airs performed by anyone other than an authorized servicer. Nor shall Sharp be liable or in any
way responsible for any incidental or conseque ntial economic o r property damag e. Some states d o not allow limits on
warranties or on remedies fo r breach in certain transactions; in such state t he limits herein may not apply.

Product, be sure it is packaged carefully.
