The OpenStage phone was developed as a device for speech transmission and should be placed on the desk or mounted on the wall. Any other use is regarded as unauthorized.

The phone name data can be found on the name plate on the base of the device; The exact product name and serial number are specified here. Specific details concerning your communications platform can be obtained from your service technician.
Please have this information ready when you contact our service depart- ment regarding faults or problems with the product.
Speakerphone quality and display legibility
•To ensure good speakerphone quality, the area in front of the micropho- ne (front right) should be kept clear. The optimum speakerphone dis- tance is 50 cm.
•Proceed as follows to optimize display legibility:
–Turn the phone to tilt the display to ensure you have a frontal view of the display while eliminating light reflexes.
–Adjust the contrast as required Æ page 97.
