Using a Remote Commander
You can operate this VCR using a Remote Commander supplied with a Sony product. Set COMMANDER in the menu system according to the remote control code of the Sony product.
Note on the beep sound
A beep sounds when you turn the power on. Several beeps also sound as a warning of any unusual condition of the VCR.
Note that the beep sound is not recorded on the tape. If you do not want to hear the beep sound, select OFF in the menu system.
Cautions on the LCD panel
•Do not push nor touch the LCD when moving the LCD panel.
•Do not pick up the VCR by the LCD panel. •Do not place the VCR so as to point the LCD
screen toward the sun. The LCD panel may be damaged. Be careful when placing the VCR under sunlight or by a window.

Utilisation d’une télécommande
Vous pouvez exploiter ce magnétoscope à l’aide d’une télécommande fournie avec un produit Sony.
Réglez COMMANDER dans le menu système en fonction du code de télécommande du produit Sony.
Remarque sur les bips sonores
Un bip sonore retentit à la mise sous tension. Plusieurs bips retentissent également pour vous avertir d’une situation anormale du magnétoscope.
Les bips sonores ne sont pas enregistrés sur la cassette. Si vous ne souhaitez pas entendre les bips sonores, sélectionnez OFF dans le menu système.
Précautions concernant le panneau LCD •N’appuyez pas et ne touchez pas l’écran LCD
lorsque vous déplacez le panneau LCD. •Ne saisissez pas le magnétoscope par le
panneau LCD.
•Ne placez pas le magnétoscope de façon à ce que l’écran LCD soit tourné vers le soleil. Le panneau LCD risque sinon de subir des dommages. Soyez prudent lorsque vous placez le magnétoscope au soleil ou à côté d’une fenêtre.
