Install the battery pack on the VCR

While pressing the battery pack, slide it to the left so that it attaches to the battery mounting surface firmly.

Using a car battery

Use the Sony DC adaptor/charger DC-V700 (not supplied). Connect the car battery cord to the cigarette lighter socket of a car (12 V or 24 V). Connect the DC adaptor/charger and the VCR using the supplied DK-415 connecting cord.
