This is the inside of the electric power cord connection (Figures 23 and 24). From this connection, wires lead to the system ground, and to the main terminal block for distribution to the various elec- tric/electronic components in the unit.

CAUTION: The Regal Intensive Care Unit requires a dedicated, 15-amp minimum source of electrical power.

From the pressure-regulated supply system, oxygen enters the Intensive Care Unit through this port (Figures 23 and 24). From here, it is directed to the oxygen flow meter for flow-rate regulation, then to the filter/fans compartment, and then into the animal com- partment.
