14–Using the Metronome

This unit has a metronome function that is convenient for practicing an instrument.

Setting the metronome

1.Press the METRONOME button to open the METRONOME screen.

Set the following items on this screen.

Press the METRONOME button again to change the item. Use the VALUE (+/–)buttons to change the setting value.

TEMPO

Set the speed to a value between 20and 250beats per minute (BPM). The default value is 120.

BEAT

Set the accent frequency between 0and 9. There is no accent when set to 0. The default value is 4.

LEVEL

Set the metronome volume between 0and 10. The default value is 5.

Starting and stopping the metronome

When the METRONOMEscreen is open, press the Á button to start or stop the metronome.

NOTE

When the METRONOMEscreen is open, press the HOME button to stop the metronome and return to the Home Screen.
