Réglage gril/gril à convection

GRIL – FOUR ÉLECTRIQUE

Sur le mode BROIL (GRIL), seul l’élément électrique du haut chauffe. Pour être réussie, une grillade exige une exposition constante à une chaleur élevée et intense.

Réglage du four sur gril ou gril à convection

1.Placez la grille sur la position voulue dans le four.

2.Réglez le sélecteur sur Broil (Gril).

3.Réglez le bouton de commande sur Broil (Gril).

4.Le thermostat se positionnera sur le grillage au bout de cinq minutes.

5.Placez les aliments dans le four sur la position voulue, tel qu'expliqué à la page 74.

6.FERMEZ LA PORTE pendant tout le cycle de grillage.

Votre cuisinière Professional® vous est fournie avec une grande lèchefrite en deux parties. Les jus de cuisson coulent au travers de la grille quadrillée dans la partie inférieure, s’éloignant ainsi de l’intense chaleur du gril pour minimiser les éclaboussures et la fumée.

Les modèles 48 po comprennent une lèchefrite en deux parties en aluminium, qui s’utilise dans le petit four.

Témoin de chauffage du four

Ce témoin s’allume lorsque le four chauffe et s’éteint quand la température du réglage est atteinte. Le cycle se répète pendant toute la durée d’utilisation du mode BROIL (GRIL).

Ventilateur de refroidissement

Le ventilateur de refroidissement se met en marche dès que le grilloir est allumé. Il continue à fonctionner pendant toute la durée d’utilisation et après éteint jusqu’à ce que la température du four descende au-dessous de 163 °C (325 °F).
