CUISSON LENTE ET À BASSE TEMPÉRATURE

Outre des températures idéales pour cuire et rôtir, ce four offre la possibilité de conserver des plats cuisinés au chaud, de déshydrater des aliments et de réchauffer les plats, grâce à ses réglagesà bassetempérature.

Les plats cuisinés chauds seront conservésà leurtempérature de service. Réglez le four sur le mode cuisson et utilisez la température indiquée dans le tableau.

Pour de meilleurs résultats, préchauffez le four à la température souhaitée.

Les aliments susceptibles de se dessécher devront être recouverts de papier d’aluminium ou d’un couvercle.
