3.VerifythatthelatestUEFIBIOSforyourmodelhasbeeninstalled.
4.Verifythepropermemorycongurationandcompatibilityincludingthemaximummemorysizeandthe

Ethernetproblems

•Problem:Yourcomputercannotconnecttothenetwork.
Solution:Ensurethat:
–Thecableisinstalledcorrectly .
Thenetworkcablemustbesecurelyconnect edbothtotheEthernetconnectorofyourcomputerand
totheRJ45connectorofthehub.Themaximumallowabledistancefromthecomputertohubis
100meters.Ifthecableisconnectedandthedistanceiswithinacceptablelimitsbuttheproblem
persists,tryadifferentcable.
–Youareusingthecorrectdevicedriver .
1.Movethecursortothetop-rightorbottom-rightcornerofthescreentodisplaythecharms.Click
Settings➙ControlPanel.
2.ClickHardwareandSound➙DeviceManager.Ifyouarepromptedforanadministrator
passwordorconrmation,typethepasswordorprovideconrmation.
3.IftheexclamationmarkisdisplayednexttotheadapternameunderNetworkadapters,you
mightnotbeusingthecorrectdriverorthedrivermighthavebeendisabled.Toupdatethedriver,
right-clickthehighlightedadapter.
4.ClickUpdateDriverSoftware,andthenfollowtheinstructionsonthescreen.
