totheRJ45connectorofthehub.Themaximumallowabledistancefromthecomputertohubis
100meters.Ifthecableisconnectedandthedistanceiswithinacceptablelimitsbuttheproblem

2.ClickHardwareandSoundDeviceManager.Ifyouarepromptedforanadministrator
