Préparation

1)Beurrez le moule à charnière.

2)Battez les jaunes d’œuf et le sucre au fouet jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange crémeux.

3)Ajoutez les carottes, le jus de citron et les amandes en poudre.

4)Mélangez la farine et la levure. Ajoutez aux autres ingrédients et mélangez bien.

5)Montez les blancs en neige ferme puis incor- porez-les délicatement dans la pâte. Versez le mélange dans le moule, posez-le sur le trépied bas et faites cuire en mode CUISSON AUTOMATIQUE AC-5.

6)Laissez le plat reposer pendant 5 minutes une fois la cuisson terminée.

Préparation

1)Beurrez le moule à kouglof.

2)Battez le beurre et le sucre glace au mixeur pour obtenir un mélange homogène. Ajoutez les jaunes d’œuf, un à la fois.

3)Ajoutez progressivement les amandes effilées, les raisins secs et le zeste de citron. Mélangez bien.

4)Montez les blancs en neige ferme puis incor- porez-les délicatement au mélange. Mélangez la levure et la farine. Tamisez et incorporez délicatement au mélange.

5)Versez le mélange dans le moule et faites cuire sur le trépied bas en mode CUISSON AUTOMATIQUE AC-5.
