Ingredients for 1,2 kg

Roast chicken: Salt and Pepper, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 2 tbsp oil

Mix the ingredients and spread on the chicken. Pierce the skin of the chicken.

Put chicken breast side down in a flan dish. Place on the low rack and cook.

When audible signal sounds, turn over.

After cooking, let the food stand for approx. 3 min in the oven, remove and put on a plate for serving.

Ingredients for 1 kg rolled

lean pork: 1 garlic clove, crushed, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, a little cumin powder, 1 tsp salt

Lean pork is recommended.

Mix the ingredients and spread them on the pork. Place the pork in a flan dish and cook.

When audible signal sounds, turn over.

After cooking, let the food stand wrapped in aluminium foil for approx. 10 min.
