Non mettere in funzione il forno a microonde se risulta danneggiato o malfunzionante. Controllare quanto segue prima dell’uso:

a)Lo sportello; accertarsi che la porta si chiuda correttamente e che non sia disallineata o deformata.

b)Le cerniere e i ganci di sicu- rezza; controllare per accertarsi che non siano rotti o allentati.

c)La chiusura e le superfici erme- tiche della porta; accertarsi che non siano state danneggiate.

d)L’interno del forno oppure lo sportello; accertarsi che non siano presenti ammaccature.

e)Il cavo di alimentazione e la spina; accertarsi che non siano stati danneggiati.

Non modificare, regolare o riparare il forno di propria iniziativa. Per gli individui non competenti è peri- coloso svolgere attività di manutenzione o riparazioni che coinvolgono la rimozione di una copertura di protezione contro l’es- posizione all’energia delle microonde.

Non mettere in funzione il forno con lo sportello aperto e non alterare i ganci di sicurezza dello sportello in alcun modo.

Non mettere in funzione il forno se ci sono oggetti tra la chiusura della porta e le superfici ermetiche.

Evitare gli accumuli di grasso e di sporco sulla chiusura della porta e sulle parti adiacenti. Seguire le istruzioni sulla “Pulizia e manuten- zione” a pagina 183. Se il forno non è mantenuto in condizioni di pulizia la superficie potrebbe danneggiarsi e compromettere la durata dell’elet- trodomestico comportando anche situazioni di pericolo.

Gli individui con PACEMAKER devono consultare il proprio medico o il produt- tore del pacemaker per le precauzioni relative ai forni a microonde.
