Troubleshooting

2.Lift up the paper guide behind the front door until it snaps into the up position, then gently pull out any jammed paper.

3.Check for any paper that might have misfed from a lower tray. If you find any, gently pull it up and out in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the following illustration. Confirm that all paper fragments have been removed. Lower the paper guide.
