Nothing Prints or Pages are Blank

Probable Causes	Solutions
The media type set in the printer driver does not	Load the correct media in the printer and set the type

Several sheets are being fed at the same time.	Remove the media from the tray and check for static
	electricity. Fan plain paper or other media (but not
	transparencies), and replace it in the tray.
Media is not set properly in the tray.	Remove the media, tap it to straighten it out, return it
	into the tray and then realign the media guides.

Ink or Debris on the Page

Probable Causes	Solutions
The paper release blade needs cleaning.	Clean the paper release blade. For details, see
