Loading Paper in Tray 1

You can use the following media types in Tray 1. For supported paper weights, print the Paper Tips page. For details, see Supported Paper Sizes and Weights on page 55:

•Plain paper (bond)

•Letterhead

•Colored paper

•Card stock

•Index card stock

•Custom-size paper

•Glossy paper

•Hole-punched (long edge)

•Labels

•Envelopes

•Transparencies

•Pre-printed paper (paper already printed on one side)

•Specialty media including business cards, photo paper, postcards, prepunched paper, Xerox Digital Color Duradocument paper, and trifold brochures

Tray 1 holds a maximum of:

•100 sheets of plain paper (20 lb. Bond)

•50 transparencies, postcards, sheets of labels, or sheets of glossy paper

•10 envelopes
