Xerox M20 Mail Associated, Cannot Delete, Mail Too Large, Empty Address Book, Address Book Full

Troubleshooting	PROBLEM	PROBABLE CAUSE	SUGGESTED SOLUTION
	E-mail Associated	Displayed when an entry	Remove the group mail association before
	Cannot Delete	associated with group	deleting the entry.
		mail is deleted from the
		Address book
	Mail Too Large	Displayed when the
		machine is unable to split
		the mail and send it. For
		example, if the mail size is
		configured to 1.0MB and
		a single page is larger
		than 1.0MB
	Empty Address Book	Displayed when an
		attempt is made to
		retrieve an address from
		an empty Address book.
	Address Book Full	Displayed when Address
		book is full with the
		maximum entries.
	Group Empty	Displayed when attempt
		is made to delete an entry
		from an empty Group.
	Group is Full	Displayed when an
		attempt is made to add an
		entry to a Group that is full
		with maximum entries.
	Entry Already Exists	Displayed when entering
		an entry which already
		exists in the Address
		book.
	Invalid Email ID	Displayed when the E-	Ensure the E-mail address does not have any
		mail ID is invalid	spaces in between and that it does not start with
			special characters such as + or @ and that the
			ID only contains one @ symbol.
	Enter Again	Displayed when an
		attempt is made to enter
		an invalid Group number.
