Fax

Dialing Methods

There are several methods which can be used to enter a fax number or a group of fax number. The following table identifies and explains all the dialing methods available.

DIALING METHOD	INSTRUCTIONS
Keypad Dialing	¾ Load the originals and select the [Fax] key.
z Use when entering the remote fax	¾ Use the Numeric Keypad to enter the telephone number of the

Speed Dialing	¾ Load the originals and select the [Fax] key.

Group Dialing	¾ Load the originals and select the [Fax] key.
z Use to access a group of numbers	¾ Program the features required for the job.
