There is light printing (or no printing) on the left or right side of the label or the printed image is not sharp.
The toggle pressure needs to be adjusted.

Electrostatic Discharge Caution •
Observe proper electrostatic safety precautions when handling any static- sensitive components such as circuit boards and printheads.
Gray lines on blank The printhead is dirty. labels with no
consistent pattern
Clean the printhead according to the instructions in Printhead and Platen Roller on page 91.
