ASSEMBLY

UNPACKING

This product requires assembly.

nCarefully cut the box down the sides then remove the product and any accessories from the box. Make sure that all items listed in the packing list are included.

WARNING:

Do not use this product if any parts on the Packing List are already assembled to your product when you unpack it. Parts on this list are not assembled to the product by the manufacturer and require customer installation. Use of a product that may have been improperly assembled could result in serious personal injury.

NOTE: This product is heavy. To avoid back injury, lift with your legs, not your back, and get help when needed.

nInspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping.

nDo not discard the packing material until you have care- fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the product.

nIf any parts are damaged or missing, please call 1-800-242-4672 for assistance.

WARNING:

Do not attempt to modify this product or create acces- sories not recommended for use with this product. Any such alteration or modification is misuse and could result in a hazardous condition leading to possible serious personal injury.

WARNING:

To prevent accidental starting that could cause serious personal injury, always disconnect the engine spark plug wire from the spark plug when assembling parts.

INSTALLING THE HANDLEBAR

See Figures 3 - 4.

nLocate acorn nuts and remove handle knobs from frame.

nRetract handle bolts until end of bolts are flush with handle spacers.

nInstall handlebar as shown. Handlebar should rest in grooves of spacers and holes in handlebar should align with handle bolts.

nPress handle bolts through openings in handlebar.

nRethread handle knobs on handle bolts and tighten to secure.

nThread acorn nuts on end of handle bolts and tighten with wrench.

nPlace spray wand into storage clips located on the side of handlebar.

INSTALLING TRIGGER HANDLE HOLDERS

See Figures 5 - 6.

nPlace top trigger handle holder over handlebar and align holes.

nSecure using screws and nuts as shown.

nPlace nut into pocket and hold. With Phillips screwdriver, tighten screw into nut and tighten securely..

nRepeat process to install bottom trigger handle holder.

nClip flat area of trigger handle into top holder and bottom ribbed area of trigger handle into bottom holder. Slide forward until trigger handle rests securely in holders.

nRotate trigger handle so that bottom edge of handle snaps into handle lock.
