8.3 Status display

Status displays indicate the machine's current operation status.

Message

Operation status

 

 

Initializing

Machine is being initialized.

 

 

Start OK

Remote operation is ready.

 

 

Cleaning

Processor is being cleaned.

 

 

Heating

Processor is being heated.

 

 

Exposing

Machine is exposing an image.

 

 

Recovery

Machine is in recovery.

 

 

Discharging

Plate is being discharged.

8.4 Warning display

Message

 

Warning contents

 

 

 

Pump Check

This indicates that it is time to replace the pump, so

 

please contact the dealer where you purchased this

 

machine and request a pump replacement.

 

Press the

key to clear this display and continue

 

processing.

 

 

 

 

Punch Dust Check

This indicates that the punch box is full of dust.

 

Open the plate setting cover and take out the punch box

 

to dispose of the dust.

 

 

Pressing the

key resets the punch counter to "0".

 

 

Rinse Tank Check

Check the remaining amount of rinse water in the rinse

 

water replenishing bottle. Push the

key to delete the

 

message. Be sure to reset the software counter in the

 

machine. Open the front door, and then close it to reset

 

the counter. For detailed information, refer to section "6.7

 

Rinse".
