VIC Slot : Shows the VIC name selected by the VIC 1, 2, or 3 button.

Switcher : Shows the selection number of the switcher connected to the projector. “CH.0” means that the switcher is not being used.

For details about the switcher, consult your dealer.

For RGB VIC

Resolution : Shows the resolution of the RGB signal being received (Horizontal x Vertical).

It may not be displayed correctly for some input signals.

Frequency H : Shows the horizontal frequency of the RGB signal being received.

Frequency V : Shows the vertical frequency of the RGB signal being received.

For HD/HD-SDI VIC

Source : Shows one of the following formats corresponding to the input HDTV/HD-SDI signal.

[1035/60i, 1080/60i, 1080/50i, 1080/30p, 1080/25p, 1080/24p, 1080/25sF, 720/60p]

Lamp time : Shows the accumulated use hours of the light- source lamp.

In this menu, the following items can be adjusted.

Contrast : The contrast of the video image being projected is adjusted within the range of 0 to 255.

The larger value, the higher contrast is. [255]

Brightness : The brightness of the video image being projected is adjusted within the range of 0 to 255.

The larger value, the brighter the image is. [128]

Color temp. : Adjusts the color temperature of the video image being projected. Make adjustment when the video image becomes reddish or bluish.

Gamma

: Adjusts gamma correction within the range of

 

1 to 3.

 

 

The larger value, the stronger the gamma

 

correction is.

Sub brightness : Adjusts the brightness for each RGB.

Resize 1:1 Panel Aspect

In this menu, the following items can be adjusted.

Disp.Posi. : Adjusts the position and size of the video image being projected.

Press the ENTER button to go to the next sub menu. See “Disp.Posi. menu” on page 47.

Resize : When the number of pixels (resolution) sought by the video image input is smaller than that (resolution) of D-ILA device—2048 x 1536, the video image is then enlarged to a virtually full screen size of D-ILA device and projected.

[Aspect]

1:1 : Does not enlarge the video image for projection.

Panel : The video image is enlarged to the full screen size of D-ILA device for projection (resizing display).

Aspect : The video image is enlarged to the full screen size of D-ILA device for projection without changing the original aspect ratio (resizing display).
