1Writing 1 causes the PSC to evaluate all the NEXT fields relevant to this power domain (including the NEXT bit in MDCTLn for all the modules residing on this domain). If any of the NEXT fields are not matching the corresponding current state (STATE bit in MDSTATn), the PSC will transition those respective domain/modules to the new NEXT state.
