3.Start from the Time of day display by pressing the OK to start measuring your heart rate. A heart symbol will start flashing and your heart rate in beats per minute will appear in max. 15 seconds. The receiver returns automatically to the Time of day display within 5 minutes if there is no heart rate reception.

The following displays start to alternate, if you have no bike or altitude settings in use, as you enter the Measure mode:

4. If you want to record cycling information, keep the bike still until your heart rate appears on the display. Press OK to start recording your exercise.

Or

If you want to record cycling information without heart rate measurement: after the heart rate reading 00 appears press OK and start cycling.
