How

Only the latest operating systems such as Windows 98 and Windows 2000, provide integrated support for the Euro symbol (in certain languages only).

Only certain versions of Windows NT 4.0 provide support for the Euro symbol.

For more information on how to enable support of the Euro symbol, refer to Microsoft’s Web site at:

www.microsoft.com/windows/euro. asp.

If the symbol is supported by a particular font, you will see it in the Character Map, accessible by selecting Programs Ö Accessories Ö System Tools

Select Settings Ö Control Panel in the Windows Start menu, then double-click on Keyboard and select the Language or Input Locales tab in the Keyboard Properties Window. Click on Add and select the country that corresponds to your keyboard, and click OK to exit the Control Panel.
