EXPRESS MENUS will automatically compute the power level and cooking time. EXPRESS MENUS has 3 categories.

Express Defrost

 

1.Fish Fillets

Minced Meat

EXPRESS DEFROST rapidly defrosts 0.5 kg of specific Meat. Follow the instructions provided in the EXPRESS DEFROST MENU GUIDE on page 8 of the cooking guides.

* Suppose you want to defrost 0.5 kg of Chicken Fillets.
