2 tablespoons dry sherry | 1 clove garlic |
1 tablespoon soy sauce | 1/2 teaspoon grated green ginger |
3 teaspoons black beans sauce | 2 shallots, chopped |
11/2 teaspoons five spice powder | 210 mL bottle plum sauce |
1/2 teaspoon pepper | 1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt | 1 chicken stock cube |

1.In a large microwave safe bowl combine the oil, crushed garlic, ginger, chopped shallots. Cook for
