Removing an E1
Digital Line Card
You can remove a Digital Line Card at any time.
CAUTION: Removing a Digital Line Card may affect your Dial Plan.
To remove a Digital Line Card:
1Select NBX NetSet > Device Configuration > Digital Line Cards.
2From the Select Device Type drop-down list, select T1/ISDN Board List and
click Apply. A list of installed T1, ISDN PRI, and ISDN BRI boards appears in
the T1/ISDN Board List.
3Select the board (Digital Line Card) you want to remove from the list.
4Click Remove. A dialog box prompts you to confirm the removal.
5Click Yes.

boards.
Some people refer to a T1 Digital Line Card by using the category name
TEP (T1, E1, ISDN PRI).
