Installing a Driver for Windows NT 4.0

Follow these steps to install the 3Com NDIS 4 driver for Windows NT 4.0.

If your network environment uses the TCP/IP communications protocol, obtain from your network administrator all the information you need to define an IP address during the installation process before starting.

1In the My Computer group, double-click the Control Panel icon.

2In the Control Panel group, double-click the Network icon.

3In the Network dialog box, click the Adapters tab.

4In the Adapters tab, click Add.

5In the Select Network Adapter dialog box, click Have Disk.

The Insert Disk dialog box appears.

6If you are using the 3.5-inch diskettes, insert TokenDisk diskette #2 in the drive. If you are using the TokenDisk CD, insert it in the CD-ROM drive.

7Accept the displayed default path by clicking OK.
