Preparing the software

1Start the E6474A software.

2Refer to “Identifying devices" on page 81, and perform the procedure, if you have not already done so.

3Click Log > Start Live Mode.

4Open the Spectrum Analyzer view and maximize the view.

5Connect the signal generator output to the RF input of the receiver.

6Turn on the signal generator.

7Set the measurement software as follows: Band: Uplink

Frequency: Refer to Table 3 on page 108.

Span: 1 MHz

Averaging: Running

Averages: 32

You should see a signal trace showing a single spectral peak in the middle of the display, as shown in Figure 51 on page 109.
