FOOTSWITCH CONTROLLED AUTOLOCATING
The [LOCATE/PLAY] footswitch has three functions:
•If the transport is currently stopped, pressing the Locate/Play footswitch is the equivalent to pressing the [PLAY] button.
•If the transport is currently playing or recording, pressing the Locate/Play footswitch causes the transport to punch out of record, fast wind to the Locate 1 point (this may be entered by pressing [SET LOCATE] followed by the [LOCATE 1] button; see page 47), and then either Stop or Play, depending on the setting of the
