6. Clickthe “Send” icon when finished. The AltiGen Voice Mail System

willattach the voiceannotation to the email when it is sent.

Note: Anaudio attachment is seen only at the receiving end and does

notappear as an attachment on the email message composed by

thesender. You may copy (CC:) the message to yourself to

verifythat the audioattachment has been attached and sent

successfully.
