Parksthe call to later pick up from this or
anotherstation. Or park the call at a specific sta-
tionbypressingFLASH#31andtheextension
ofthe other station. You can have up to 50 calls
parkedper station simultaneously. Parked calls
ringthe ext ension upon timeout. Timeout time is
configurable,with a default of 2 minutes.
Ifyou parkthe cal l to a workgroup extension,
onlyyo u or the workgroup agents can pick up
thecall with #31 <ext>.
Note: Ifyou parka c all to a workgroup pilot
number, only you or a workgroup agent
canpick u p the call with #31<ext>.
