Using the Contacts Feature
For BlackBerry devices, the primary source for contact information is the RIM Addresses application. You can initiate a call to anyone listed in the RIM Address screen, or use the Avaya
Find contacts in RIM Addresses
To find a contact in the RIM Addresses application:
1.On the Avaya
2.Highlight RIM Addresses.
3.Click the trackball.
4.To find a specific contact, enter the first letter or two of the contact’s name in the Find field.
5.Highlight the contact.
6.Click the trackball to view contact details.
You are now in the RIM Addresses application.

Add a contact
You can open the RIM Addresses application from Avaya
To add a contact to the RIM Addresses application:
1.On the Avaya
2.Highlight RIM Addresses.
3.Click the trackball.
