Enter the Old Style Application Name as GE32MODB (or GE32MTCP, GE32EIND) and the Topic Name as *. Leave the New Style and Static text fields blank.
Check the Allow start application checkbox, and select the Grant access to all items radio button.
5.Click on the Permissions... push button. The Permissions dialog box is displayed
